Your health changes with time, so if you’ve had major life changes, or it’s been 2 years or more since your last visit, please select Virtual Follow-up.

Don’t see a time that works for you? Go ahead and add yourself to the waitlist—I’ll make sure you’re the first to know if something opens up. If you have a little flexibility, let me know—I can often find a way to make it work, even if it’s last minute.

Reminder: please eat a light meal and hydrate before your appointment, and wear or bring loose fitting clothing.
